What is included with my plaque purchase? Are the picture, bib and medal included?

We print your personalized plaque on aluminum, fabricate it and frame and send it to you ready to display with your items. Some races allow us to purchase medals which we will then provide with your plaque. If a medal is included, we will clearly indicate "Medal Included". A bib and photo are Never included.

Are you the photographers?

We are not the photographers. Each race has a designated "official" photographer. Visit the race website for that information.

How do I find my photos on line?

Photos can be viewed and purchased through the "official" race photographer's website.

My credit card was authorized weeks ago, why haven't I received my plaque?

Each item is custom printed and produced and the production process takes several weeks to complete.

Can I order from past events? Are all products still available?

If you find a product on our website, it is still available. If it is not listed, we no longer stock that item and cannot make it.
